Founded on October 2, 2020, in the midst of an unpre­ce­dented pandemic, cobicon has always been one thing above all – different!

The founders, Felix Siljaew and Bernd Herz, set out to create a working environment that would conti­nuously inspire everyone involved to achieve peak perfor­mance. As of July 1, 2025, Bernd Herz has left the company to pursue new challenges. cobicon is now jointly managed by managing directors Felix Siljaew, Andreas Förger, and Sebastian Nötzel.

From day one, cobicon has followed its own path, guided by shared values such as trans­pa­rency and fairness. We always act as partners and focus on creating real value – without disruptive processes, without politics, and without compro­mising on tools.

To achieve this, we combine technical expertise with deep process under­standing and operate at the interface between business and IT. Our goal: employees, customers, and partners should always be able to focus on what truly matters.

Since the very beginning, we have trained graduates and career changers ourselves. With external trainers, a well-equipped system landscape, and a proven training program, numerous juniors have already successfully launched their careers with us.

Working for and with cobicon is charac­te­rized by a few simple processes and short commu­ni­cation paths. Work takes up a large part of our lives – so we actively shape it: enjoying our work, personal development, taking on respon­si­bility, and the freedom to forge one’s own path are second nature to us. Whether it’s video game tourna­ments, barbecues, excur­sions, or celebra­tions – team spirit is never neglected.

Origi­nally started as an SAP BI consul­tancy, we expanded on our first anniversary to include Commodity Risk Management and Custom Development. Since February 2024, we have also built up our non-SAP Analytics division with a focus on Azure and estab­lished our own Business Analytics Framework. cobicon remains open to new oppor­tu­nities both within and beyond the SAP world – to create something great together with like-minded people.
