Founded on 2 October 2020 in the midst of an unpre­ce­dented pandemic, cobicon has always been one thing above all — different!

The two founders Felix Siljaew and Bernd Herz have made it their goal to create a working environment that perma­nently inspires everyone involved to achieve top perfor­mance. This includes giving employees as well as customers and partners the oppor­tunity to concen­trate on the essen­tials. No disruptive processes, no politics and no missing or bad tools.

From day one, cobicon has therefore gone its own way. The main focus is on attitude and shared values such as trans­pa­rency and fairness. cobicon always acts in partnership and focuses on creating real added value. To achieve this, cobicon combines technical and process knowledge and operates at the interface between business and IT.

With this goal in mind, cobicon has also been very successful in training graduates and career changers itself from the very beginning. To this end, cobicon employs external trainers, has a well-equipped system landscape and has developed a tried-and-tested programme that several juniors have already successfully completed.

Few, simple processes and short distances charac­terise working for and with cobicon. Work deter­mines a large part of the waking hours, which is why cobicon wants to actively shape this time. This also means having fun at work and at the same time getting the oppor­tunity to develop perso­nally, take respon­si­bility and go your own way. Of course, this also includes video game tourna­ments, barbecues together, excur­sions and celebra­tions.

cobicon started out as an SAP BI consul­tancy. Just in time for its first anniversary, the areas of commodity risk management and custom development have been added. cobicon is always on the lookout for new oppor­tu­nities inside and outside the SAP world to create something big with like-minded people.
