Tasks
- Supporting the team in day-to-day business
- Organising and accomÂpanying events, appointÂments and presenÂtaÂtions
- ProfesÂsional office management (telephone, appointment coordiÂnation, correÂsponÂdence, other adminisÂtrative tasks)
- In addition, you will check incoming invoices, outgoing invoices and provide support in the area of receivÂables management
- Create social media posts
- Implement and monitor adverÂtising and marketing projects as well as sales activities
Profile
- Completed commercial training and ideally already have experience in a compaÂrable role
- High level of commitment and team orienÂtation
- OrganiÂsaÂtional and commuÂniÂcation skills, warm and winning
- Ideally knowledge of social media marketing
- Enjoyment of adminisÂtrative tasks and the ability to prioritise
- Experience in common MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerÂPoint
